Cristal Pina was turning 30 in July and back in January made a goal to lose 30 pounds by her 30th birthday. CrossFit has been a big part of her journey. After four years of having a membership at a regular gym (and never going) she joined College Station CrossFit and in the first month she went more times than the four years previously.
