# 14. Eva Eriksson on Corona and how to stay soft.

Today we meet Eva Eriksson, one of Stockholms most senior teachers. As a former dancer she discovered yoga in LA and New York in the 80´s.

With her international background, Eva prefers to speak English in her own unique way, and that is why this episode will be in english.

She talks about her diverse background, why competition does not work for her, when Gurmuk thought she was a prostitute and when she got totally distracted when practicing next to Isabella Rossellini. But mostly Eva talks about staying open, true, to learn from mistakes and to be available.
