The episode begins with a description of “glowing up” and how that resonated with me as the source of the goals that you’ll hear about when you listen. I then go on to share a re-cap of the prior episode, Episode 326, where I interviewed Helene Whitfield, the Chief Visionary Officer of the newly formed G.O.Y.A, the Global Online Yoga Association.
