We're back with another episode of Glory Days of Gold, the East Fife and Scottish football podcast recorded across two continents.
What a week it's been since the last podcast! East Fife put in a poor performance in a 1-0 loss at Elgin City, a display that led to manager Greig McDonald walking away from the job after just over 15 months in charge. 24 hours later his replacement was announced - lower league managerial legend Dick Campbell.
Campbell's appointment has filled the Fife fanbase with enthusiasm, excitement, and real hope for the future, buoyed by recent news that the proposed fan takeover of the club has taken a major step forward. Is this the turning point in the club's long and illustrious history that we've waited for and feared may never come? However everything plays out, there's a definite feelgood factor today amongst the black and gold faithful.
Michael, Lee, Gordon, and Andrew are back to chat about a dramatic few days down Bayview way.
