Kendal Yonomoto is the author of "The Athletic Fundamentals of Golf" a golf instruction book based on my experience training with Olympic sprinters. The book describes a small number of universal terms (principles) for movement and technique, demonstrated with simple Med Ball exercises.
Kendal is a coach and consultant to PGA Tour Players: Ryan Moore, David Duval, Stephen Ames, Paul Casey, Vijay Singh, Fred Funk. The objective with all these players was the same, improve their performance by improving their understanding and feel for movement - without disrupting their natural feels.
