Tenaris Expansion and Subsidies

Were the subsidies Tenaris received when choosing to build a plant in Matagorda County, nine years ago, prudent and positive for the county?

 

And should the county now agree to a further set of sweeteners to encourage an $800 million expansion of the Tenaris facility?  Some locals argue against this, but declined to be interviewed, so we put their concerns to local businessman Ben Gibson and Chamber of Commerce President Mitch Thames.
