The creation of Standing on the Shoulder of Giants was a mess. As Oasis tried to move away from the Britpop sound, the band fractured and guitarist Bonehead and bassist Guigsy departed during the recording process, leaving Noel, Liam and Alan White (he's alright) to try and rescue the album.
In this episode of Mad For It, Adam, Josh and Tom see whether the band were able to save the album and whether the tracks are any good. What are your favourite tracks? Let us know in the comments section below. Plus, we discuss the swathes of Oasis tickets that are being cancelled by ticket websites and yet another reunion. This time it's Black Sabbath/Ozzy Osbourne. Did you get tickets? No we didn't either...
