Tulsi Gabbard stopped by our GMI studios on GMNH and says she would not rule out a run for President as an Independent candidate. The former 2020 Democrat Presidential candidate and member of Congress from Hawaii left the Democratic party recently claiming that the party's been taken over by a small group of fanatical ideologues who want to take away freedoms and not the same Democratic party she joined inspired by Presidents like John F. Kennedy. Gabbard was in New Hampshire campaigning for Republican US Senate candidate Don Bolduc. She made the claim that Senator Maggie Hassan (the Democrat incumbent), refusing to debate her Republican challenger will make a big difference with Independent voters on November 8th.
