In today’s episode, Amanda sits down over some oat milk chai lattes coke with actor, comedian Rakhee Morzaria (What We Do In The Shadows, Note To Self, Run The Burbs) to discuss hustling vs. hustle culture, the creative process, and how fucked up adolescence can be! Rakhee is the creator behind the digital series Note to Self which was nominated by both the Canadian Screen Awards and the Canadian Comedy Awards, and is currently available for stream on CBC Comedy. You can catch Rakhee performing in shows like Private Eyes, FX’s What We Do in the Shadows, The Parker-Andersons, and Tallboyz. Since recording, it was officially announced that not only was Rakhee in the writer’s room for Andrew Phung’s new TV series Run the Burbs (which we chat about in this episode) but she will also be acting right alongside Andrew as his wife in the show!
