Rob shares how the devastation of Pierce’s Disease unexpectedly paved the way for new viticultural opportunities, leading to the region’s expansion and an influx of larger wineries. We discuss the shift away from smaller, family-run operations, how the industry has adapted post-COVID, and the continuous improvements in wine quality.
