Growth Mindset, Positive Self-Talk, Perseverance.
Your amount of grit is the sum of four key skills. Interest, Practice, Purpose & Hope. Normally these would be believed to be tendencies or mindsets, however, if we want to get more grit, we have to first realize that each of these can be worked on and improved in ourselves. Some of us might be more naturally talented than others, but we all have the ability to stop procrastinating and reach the goals that mean the most to us and improve the lives of those around us.
This is the second part of a two part series on this topic, so be sure to check out Do You Have Grit? | PAWCast Episode 53 as well!
