It's Sunday. You have the time.  Fill it with something rewarding like a 5 minute mindfulness practice.  Whether you focus on an object or your breath, whether your meditation is moving or still...make the time to take care of yourself.

Remember - the better care we take of ourselves the better we can show up for others.
