On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: The Lockhart K-8 School on St. Thomas was evacuated today after a 911 call reported a possible weapon and bomb on campus. Parents of a student injured by a falling ceiling fan at the St. Croix Educational Complex last year have filed a lawsuit alleging negligence by the contractor, William Trinidad and his business, K&J Services, as well as the Department of Education. The Virgin Islands Good Food Coalition is regrouping after losing a major USDA grant that would have provided millions in support to local farmers and food businesses.
