Attorney Courtney Morgan

Canton, Ohio attorney Courtney Morgan represented Bailey Ivy, a Fairless Local High School student discriminated against because he is gay, in a successful federal lawsuit.

 

In this interview she talks about her client's struggle, and how he was able to successfully settle the suit, and why school districts who fail to protect their LGBTQ students may face a more hostile legal climate going forward.
