We get triggered every day, by family, friends, partners, our kids--something happens and instead of responding from a place of joy and ease, we usually react--which causes fear, annoyance, anger, impatience, and stress.
Triggers are an opportunity for us to go within and observe our feelings and understand what is causing us to react this way.
The question is how do we over come this?
