"I will love you if you show me love first. I will do something nice for you if you do something for me." This is an example of a transactional relationship and we all have been programmed to relate to others in this way. We do not express our love unless we believe it will be reciprocated. We wait for others to express their love first. However, this is not aligned with who we are or what we truly want. It's an inauthentic and fear-based approach to relationships. We believe that if we express our love and it's not reciprocated, we'll be devastated. In a transactional relationship, we limited the love that can be expressed through us. In this episode, Joshua explains the limitations of transactional relationships and shows us that there is a far more loving way to relate to everyone
