Hi Friends! Well, this week I had planned to dive into something completely different but I had to follow my intuition. So instead I talk about staying grounded and centred when we are moving through the depths of our emotions. How not separating our deep emotions from our day-to-day helps us balance our energy & connect to our intuition with ease.
