Lead Like Jesus: Leadership Starts on the Inside
Religion & Spirituality:Christianity
A changed heart means a changed leader. You are a leader who truly wants to lead like Jesus, the greatest leadership role model of all time—but you don’t. Why? Paul had the same problem. He articulated his frustration perfectly in Romans 7:15: “I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do.” Does this sound familiar to you? What is in the heart determines why we do what we do; our hearts are the source of our motivations. What motivates you to lead others? Is your leadership about you? We continue to see that the most persistent barrier to leading like Jesus is a heart motivated by self-interest.
