"I am a trauma recovery coach with 4.5 years sober. Trauma played a huge part in my addiction & I believe it does for many. Emotional sobriety is just as important as sobriety from chemicals. Embracing life as it currently is is what I do & teach my clients, friends, family, & colleagues.
I have given my power away to so many gurus that I didn't know up from down & left from right (hence the name of my coaching practice). Living with developmental trauma, narcissistic abuse, sexual assault, addiction, religious trauma, codependency, anxiety, depression & C-PTSD put me in a unique position to have empathy & compassion for my fellow humans in this world. I can help guide you out of the trenches because I've gotten out of them myself.  It has been a long road to regain my sense of self & the power I hold over my own life. This struggle in particular made me want to empower others to make choices that build them up, not tear them down."
