”Quarantine our thoughts” wk 4 - Just below the surface

Covid-19 has changed so much for so many.  At the end of this ear, the whole world is gonna need a hug.  (Or counseling).  Many are mourning the loss of our social freedoms.  Thoughts of what we don’t have, can’t do, can’t find, or who we can’t see has left many of with symptoms of PTSD.  Frustration, depression, anger, fear, etc. is simmering just below the surface.  We need to identify what feelings are just below the surface and deal with them before we breakdown, and they break through.  In this episode I share what I discovered lurking, just below the surface.
