I know that sometimes it FEELS super hard to make habit changes or to develop healthy habits... I really do! The thing is, it isn't as complicated as we sometimes make it in our head: It's not rocket science. It's not brain surgery. It's simple practices every. single. day. And you can do it, even when it's hard - you can do hard things.
