This week I am joined by Grace who is sharing her experiences of growing up with Asperger's and anxiety.
These experiences have inspired Grace to train as a teacher so that she can give children the support that would have benefited her, had awareness of mental health issues at school been more widely known.
This is a great episode as Grace talks about her experiences and how she has achieved more than she thought possible. There are also some great suggestions of grounding techniques and ways to channel your focus if you are struggling with anxiety or other mental health problems.
