Narcissists, emotional abusers and other personality disordered individuals seem to love ruining any event that you hold precious.

Stop and think for a moment, look back over the various events, birthdays weddings Christmas Easter even holidays are never drama free. 

You may be entering the season to be jolly feeling anything but!

It might be you have the left over trauma from the relationship, being gaslit and those feelings that would rise around this time of year are just waiting for the trigger…
