22 Lessons learned from clients in 2018

In this final episode of 2018, we look back on gifts, or insights,  received by Breffnie from clients throughout the year.  At any given moment, each of us is likely to be somebody's client and although as clients, we are technically the "receivers" in the transaction, as humans, we can often be offering something very valuable to the supplier. In this week's episode, Breffnie talks through some of the ways in which her clients, by virtue of their personalites,  have given her the gift of useful life and business lessons  in 2018.
