Interviewing Erica McDermott was so much fun, however, beyond her upbeat nature, Erica brought so much inspiration to the show, the women on the South Shore and beyond. Erica emphasized the importance of giving everything you do your best shot, and if you have an idea, it’s never too late to achieve an encore career. Erica went on to inspire me through her love of characters, her willingness to educate herself, and her passion, for staying in her own lane, by being respectful, humble and grateful every step of the way.
