Hello Everyone,   Today I am on day 16 of Phase 1.  I am actually really enjoying it, however for those of you in the middle or beginning of 75 hard, I am not jealous of you.  I can wait to finish and "Enjoy" my summer.  NO, it does not mean I will fall off the wagon.    I have really enjoyed my gains with my mind, body and soul.  When I am done with phase 1, and taking a longer break to phase 2, I will continue to work out and use my now "Ingrained" good habits going forward.   In this episode...
