Dr. Nick Allen is a professor and researcher at the University of Oregon. He has been studying mood disorders, sleep, and digital mental health for over a decade. In that time, he has published over 140 peer-reviewed scientific papers and four books, all relating to the human conditions that connect us all.
He comes on the show for his second appearance and we get more personal in this one.
