229: Oversouls for everyone, Legendary Shards for none

We are in week four of Season of the Witch. There is some interesting and good changes announced this week with Oversouls collections and Legendary shards.  We also talk a lot about what we have been doing and answering questions from the live chat and the questions channel in the discord.
