Highway 40 has reopened between Chatham and Wallaceburg following a serious two-vehicle crash. Repairs are complete at the Chatham Water Treatment Plant, and all water restrictions have now been lifted. The Chatham-Kent and Lambton Children's Water Festival wraps up today.
