The other day someone pointed out something I do unconsciously that helps me and others put a positive spin on things. We all experience pain, suffering, disappointment, and even minor irritation on a daily basis. The question is, do we emphasize the struggle or do we seek the blessing that lies behind our challenge. Depending on how you answer that question you’ll either find life a burden or a blessing and the choice is up to you. Today, I’m going to teach you how to reframe life’s problems so that they pass quickly and you’re left with something positive. And, may I ask you a favor?
