1. You have lost your motivation
2. The desire is there, but you lack taking action
3. You are always tired, fatigued, no energy and continue to stay stuck instead of making changes
4. You find yourself more frustrated and seeing more the negative outlook on things vs your previous optimistic outlook
5. You struggle more to concentrate and focus on things. You maybe even know what needs to get done but you procrastinate more and struggle to focus long enough to complete the tasks needing to get done, let alone be consistent in doing so
6. You are not taking care of YOURSELF. You are getting less sleep and you find your sleep is more interrupted. You feel more stressed and maybe even more anxious.

Ask yourself what your goals are. Journal and write them down. Then think about how life will change and be different. What needs to be done in order for you to make progress on these goals?! Start in One or Two of the areas and GIRL, GET TO WORK!!! You got this!!
