BUSINESS TRENDS 20222 [EPISODE 202]

In this episode I talk about business trends that will influence 2022. We thought 2020 was bad (and it was) and we were optimistic as we turned the corner to 2021. In hindsight, we might have been prematurely optimistic. How should we think about what comes next in 2022?
