Supreme Court Whisperer Shannon Minter joins Gaywaves to analyze the 303 Creative decision creating a religious exemption to non-discrimination laws

The U.S. Supreme Court has created a religious exemption to non-discrimination laws in the recent 303 Creative decision which will have profound impact on the longstanding legal concept of public accommodations, no doubt affecting the LGBTQ+ community and other commonly discriminated against minorities doing business.
