Give the Gift of Life

Last night, I shared a truly life-changing experience with 1200 others who celebrated the triumph of a remarkable blood cancer survivor, our friend Wendy Siegel, through the work of the Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation.

The Foundation’s mission is to recruit people to have their cheeks swabbed in order to register their unique bone marrow and establish if it might be a match for someone like Wendy. As a result of its work over the past 25 years, hundreds of thousands have been registered – and many thousands more have had their lives transformed, and saved.
