Vickee Spicer, Prairieland Market

What started as a farm fresh food cooperative in the 70s has grown into a thriving locally grown produce market. Prairieland Market, located in Salina, Kansas, sells a range of farm-fresh, Kansas-made foods including meats, cheeses, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and baked goods. Vickee also shared with me some exciting news about the markets future plans to move to a new location in Salina.
