Quick Tip Tuesday - Alternate Nostril Breathing

If you have even taken a yoga class, chances are you have practiced Alternate Nostril Breathing.  You can stimulate your vagus nerve, which controls your parasympathetic and your sympathetic systems, this way.  Many of us are caught in the fight or flight cycle and our nervous system is out of balance.  We can encourage balance by trying this simple breathing technique.
