Ep. 413 - ”Value Based Care” What have they been cooking up now?

According to an article published by Kaiser Health News, "Value Based Care" is the newest method for compensating providers (i.e. doctors) that will solve all Medicare problems.

Or... is it a lousy idea that will destroy any incentive for providers to do their very best on our behalf?
