EP12: Mary Fields | 80-Year Old Powerhouse

Today I have a special treat for you as I chat with my vibrant and energetic, dear friend, Mary Fields.  I first learned about Mary in April of 2021 on another podcast, Nutrition with Judy, and I was immediately inspired and intrigued by this 80-year-old powerhouse Judy had on her podcast!  Judy had mentioned if anyone wanted to get in touch with Mary to email Judy and she’d share her email address so I did and the rest is history! Mary & I have been friends ever since.
