The Southwestern FFA Chapter in Somerset, Ky., received a 2015 FFA: Food For All grant, which enabled them to donate more than 3,700 eggs to their local food bank and to help eight families start their own flocks of chickens. FFA members Mallory McDonald and Jacob Patterson explain how they helped with the project, and FFA advisor Rebecca French talks about what her students learn through community service projects such as this.
