A motion to Dismiss and Disqualify Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis was filed on January 8, 2024.
After weeks of hearings allegations, and testimony, Judge Scott McAfee issued his decision on Friday, March 15.
The Judge ordered that DA Willis could stay on the case, but Nathan Wade, the man she hired to be Special Prosecutor and who became her lover for a few months, had to go. Or the Massive Trump Election Interference Case could be reassigned to another office.
