After trying to decline it the whole episode, he eventually decides to accept it, spending the summer apart from Felicity, who will be in New York. When Noel’s Seattle job falls through, he arrives back at the loft for the summer…where Felicity will be living, too.

Ruby shows up to support Noel for his graduation and would love to be more than friends with Noel.

Tracy comes back into Elena’s orbit with the intention of getting back together with her. Elena is terrified, but breaks up with DeForrest. She tries to resist Tracy…until he proposes to her.

Meghan and Sean fight over where to spend their summer vacation. Meghan wants to pay for an expensive vacation, while Sean wants to spend within his means. We get to see them use strange conflict resolution exercises from Dr. Zwick. Cluck!
