A shepherd leads his flock, not by chasing after them with dogs, but by walking before them and calling to them. The flock follows him, not because they fear him, but because they recognize his voice and know his love and concern for them. This week we study some intimate experiences between the Master Shepherd and some of his sheep that illustrate that love and which will help us recognize His shepherding in our own, daily lives.
