Those who elevate themselves empower others to do the same. Building self-esteem is an inside job, but you don’t have to do it alone. Simply put self-esteem is what you think and how you feel about yourself.This group program has been intentionally designed to offer you accountability, support, and extensive step by step guidance to boost your self-esteem. This is a 14-week virtual group program with a maximum of 7 participants that will meet for 75 minutes on a bi-weekly basis.
