Moving through fear into Growth!- Episode 49

In this episode, I speak about Moving Through Fear and being open to Heart Centered connections! I use a meditation journey I had this morning as an example. I released this episode earlier than my normal Thursday timeframe due to the Super Blue Moon rising up tomorrow into the 31st.  Many of us are experiencing shifts of perception and fear is a very common initial reaction. Remember, first impressions are NOT based in fact.... They are based off of our conditioning and old patterns, old limiting beliefs. Those are Not based in truth at all. Use your intuition and your heart to gain the clarity you need to  discern your truth. I Love You. I Support You.
