It's below zero in the studio as the ReconCinemation goes bobsledding! This week, the team unites to look back at the 1993 Olympic comedy, COOL RUNNINGS! Jon, David & Brent deep-dive into the long gestation of the script and the many directors on the project, finding an unknown cast, the importance of John Candy to the film and to a generation of audiences, the racist stereotypes that accompany this film and how it could have been handled differently. Plus, early memories of the film, how it's aged today and more!
