This week we're joined by Cheryl Neill, who shares her story of experiencing a heart attack seven years ago. Cheryl says she didn't "fit the profile" for someone who should be at risk of a heart attack, and explains that's exactly why it's important for you to pay attention to possible warning signs.  Cardiac nurse Anne Ferris also joins our conversation to dig deeper into the signs & symptoms of a heart attack, heart disease, and why cardiac rehabilitation is an important part of recovering back to your full potential.
