Dr. Miner is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Chiro Match Makers, founder of Ideal Team Consulting, and founder of Illumin8 Chiropractic.At Chiro Match Makers, Dr. Miner places hundreds of associate doctors and chiropractic assistants into chiropractic offices worldwide by using predictive and cognitive assessments to match the right person with the right opportunity. Ideal Team Consulting is a company of specialist that help other companies source, recruit, and hire the right associates and assistants for their businesses. Illumin8 Chiropractic is a group of chiropractic clinics in New Mexico and Texas that leave their patients feeling great at Illumin8! On top of being a CEO and/or founder of these companies, Dr. Miner is also a co-author to the book, “The Chiropractic Code.”

Outside of the chiropractic profession, Dr. Allen Miner is a founder of Nikle Co, which is an American alcohol brand who distills authentic spirits right in the heart of the Albuquerque, and the Owner Principal at Magnify Dance Center, which is a company with the vision of being the premiere pre-professional training facility for classical ballet and contemporary dance in the state of New Mexico. Dr. Miner used to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Thrive Nutrients, a nutritional supplement company, and was a Non-Executive Board Member at The Rock at Noon Day, which is an organization that helps the hungry, homeless, and hurting in Albuquerque.
