This episode is deep. We start off fairly light, but around the 12 minute mark we take a turn. We had a very traumatic loss to our local community in the past week and we take this episode to talk things out. Things are shared. There are tears. Lots of sighs and silences. The episode was very lightly edited this week. I just couldn't brings myself to cut out anything except the most necessary of things. We have a couple of friends, Coryn and Hector, on as well that have their own stories and memories to share. Hopefully you listen and learn a bit about how to deal with any trauma that you may encounter in your own lives
