The Classic Hits Show with Derek Burke on Liffey Sound 96.4FM - Friday 29th January 2021 - Episode 1

On the show I played lots of super classic hits from Whigfield, Bon Jovi, Avril Lavigne and lots lots more. The Irish song of the week on the show was a recent song release called 'Coming Home' from Dublin Band Stolen City. 

 

Also, on the show there was some Music trivia, Music news and on this day in Music History.

Born in the 80’s Derek Burke is a big fan of the music of the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s and has great memories of those years growing up and singing along to the music of all three decades.

Derek Burke will play non stop hits on the show weekly from the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s. 

Each week he will play a triple play from a particular Album from an artist, band or musician from one of the decades along with a new or recent released song from an Irish Band, Artist or Musician. 

He will also have some Music Trivia, Music News and on this day in Music History.

He will also air listeners’ requests and dedications.

This is a super non stop one hour music show every Friday from 7pm - 8pm and it is one show not to be missed!!
