The Paleolithic Diet or Paleo is pretty straight forward.  If a caveman didn’t eat it, neither should you. When you follow the Paleo Diet, you can eat anything you could hunt or gather way back in the day – things like meat, fish, nuts, leafy greens, local/seasonal veggies, and seeds.
